# Steps:
01 - Cut seedless watermelon and feta cheese into uniform 1-inch cubes using a sharp knife.
02 - Thread one watermelon cube, one mint leaf, and one feta cube onto each skewer. Repeat for all skewers.
03 - Place assembled skewers evenly on a serving platter.
04 - Drizzle olive oil and, if desired, balsamic glaze over skewers. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
